Personal Statement:

My classes are designed specifically for the childbearing months to develop
a strong flexible body in preparation for labor and to encourage a positive self-image. Classes include fluid exercises based in yoga and modern dance discussion concerning birth and new parenting issues, as well as relaxation and visualization skills.

I'm also available for private instruction, one-on-one fitness that focuses
exclusively on you. Your body's needs...your individual goals. Suited to your schedule in the privacy of your own home. Combining exercise with guided imagery and massage to achieve maximum results for range of motion, circulation, flexibility and stamina.

Group and private classes designed to meet the needs of
Women of all all stages of Life. The benefit of fluid exercises and gentle weight training to reduce the risk of osteoporosis and joint and circulation problems for the aging woman. Soothing stretch and strengthening movement to enhance flexibility and promote a sense of well-being.
